Well. Apart from mussels and cider being the quintessential Devonian combo, they’re also both great for the planet.
Mussels are the most sustainable seafood there is and our cider partner uses an ultra-low intervention approach, keeping things simple and sustainable wherever possible.
We’re committed to doing business as consciously as we can.
Like most businesses, we’re on a journey and we’re not perfect (yet) but sustainability is in our DNA. By building a business around two of the most sustainable sources available in Devon, with ultra-low food miles, we think that’s a great place to start.
