Paul moved to Dartmouth in 1989 where he worked on the Dart Marina reaching the position of Senior Dockmaster. Since leaving the marina Paul has concentrated on establishing himself as one of the South-west leading artists including being the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta front cover artist.

His international career started with the commissioned illustration of Monaco based and Russian owned super yacht “ THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH”.
