This festive season, enjoy the perfect Christmas experience for all the family.

At this time of year, the Farm is transformed into a magical winter wonderland with twinkling lights, hundreds of Christmas trees, and plenty of Christmas sparkle. A truly magical Christmas experience awaits!

Following on from the fantastic success of the last couple of years, this year’s event will take a similar format but promises to be even more magical!

Arrive at the magical North Pole where you will be greeted by our friendly Elves and checked-in! Collect your Christmas passport and get the stamps as you journey through our Christmas experience.

It’s then time to journey back 2000 years, as the Christmas Nativity begins. Travel to Bethlehem to find an inn for the night. After finding a vacancy in our cosy main barn, experience a real manger with all the Pennywell animals looking on. The scene is set and the story of the first Christmas comes to life.

After the Nativity, head to Noah’s Barn for Christmas cheer with delicious mince pies and warming drinks for the adults and homemade Christmas biscuits and cold drinks for the children.

Enjoy a visit to the Elves Sweetshop with a bag of yummy sweets for every child.

Jump on the Tractor and trailer ride and see if you can spot the gingerbread men hiding along the way.

Next, you’ll experience Christmas close encounters with some of our amazing animals. Tickle, touch, and stroke our Pennywell Miniature piglets and other furry friends.

Save the best till last! Enter our sparkly enchanted forest where Father Christmas will be waiting in his grotto with a special gift for every child. The perfect way to end your Christmas visit! Group visits to Father Christmas will be limited to a maximum of 2 families at a time.

You will need to allow between 2 – 2.5 hours for the experience. Please note the farm is only open for our Christmas experiences at this time of year.

11am-4pm on weekends from 23 November – 22 December, daily 27-31 December 2024

We all love a good sing song at Christmas, so this year we invite you to sing out loud for all to hear.

Take part in the musically inspired outdoor garden trail, ‘Rocking around the Christmas wreath’ and guess the songs on each of the handmade wreaths.

Can you work out the lyrics and sing along? On your winter wander, why not pose for a family Christmas photo at one of two twinkly stations?

Inside, Greenway house is full of seasonal cheer with traditional decorations, sumptuous garlands and festive floral displays as befitting a Christie Christmas. Alongside the magical sparkle of fairy lights and trimmed trees, sing along to carols playing on the piano and take park in festive crafts in the house kitchen.

Refresh and refuel after with luxury hot chocolates, mince pies and gingerbread biscuits in the Barn Café, and browse the shop for stocking-fillers or something special to put under the tree.

Christmas at Coleton Fishacre

11am-4pm on weekends from 30 November – 15 December, and daily 18 Dec – 1 January (excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day)

Immerse yourself in a Christmas from the past at Coleton Fishacre.

Step inside the house and imagine Christmas as it would have been in the 1920’s, with sumptuously decorated trees, swags of greenery plucked from the garden and timeless classics are played on the piano in the Saloon.

Outside, take part in a festive outdoor trail featuring new characters Dottie and Doyle the Dalmatian pups. Join them as they explore their first Christmas at Coleton Fishacre and search for Father Christmas.

Warm up with decadent hot chocolates, spiced lattes and festive bakes in the cafe, or do a spot of Christmas shopping in the shop. Whether you’re looking for stocking-fillers or something special to put under the tree, you’ll find the perfect gift.
